Fulfillment Policy

At the Will Metz Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality Guitar & Music Theory education and exceptional customer service. Our fulfillment policy ensures transparency and clarity in the delivery of our services to our students. Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand how we fulfill our promises to you:

1. Enrollment Process:

  • Students will be enrolled on a sales call with Will Metz or a member of his sales team. You cannot enroll directly on the website. Do schedule a call and enter the academy please schedule a call at https://www.willmetzacademy.com/applyĀ 
  • Upon enrollment, students will receive a confirmation email containing details of the course, and schedule. They will be given access to the portal and prompter to create a login and password. The payment plan will be set on the call and recorded. The student will then sign a contract on a the call to finalize their enrollment.

2. Course Delivery:

  • Our guitar & theory courses are delivered by Will or other experienced and qualified instructors who are passionate about teaching music.
  • The student will be given access to a pre-recorded course, a private community, and weekly live calls.
  • We strive to maintain small class sizes to ensure personalized attention and effective learning.

3. Curriculum and Learning Materials:

  • Our curriculum is designed to cater primarily to intermediate students and take them from no understanding to a complete understanding of music theory and fretboard navigation. A beginner can benefit from the course as well.
  • Learning materials, including textbooks, sheet music, and online resources, are provided to students as part of their course package.
  • We regularly update our curriculum to incorporate the latest teaching methodologies and music trends.

4.Ā Liva Call Attendance

  • Students are expected to attendĀ the required Live call for optimal results.
  • If a student cannot attend a live call, they will be recorded and made available after the call.

5. Feedback and Progress Tracking:

  • We value feedback from our students and encourage open communication to address any concerns or suggestions for improvement.
  • Progress tracking mechanisms, such as regular assessments and performance evaluations, are employed to monitor student development and ensure learning objectives are met.

6. Cancellations and Refunds:

  • CancellationĀ is not possible after enrolling unless a cancellation period was explicitly granted on the onboarding sales call
  • Refunds are processed according to our refund policy, which may vary depending on the type of course and timing of cancellation.

7. Customer Support:
